Data Protection

Data Protection Declaration

The protection of your private information when using our websites is very important to us, PATRIZIA KinderHaus-Stiftung. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously, which is why we would like you to know when and which data we store and how we use it. This data protection declaration is intended to inform you of the measures we have taken in data protection.

Data collection

Our online services can be used without disclosing your personal data. By accessing our website, data is stored on our server for security purposes, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the websites you visit via our website and your IP address. This data may allow identification but the personal data is not used for such purposes. The data gained from this is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes and is not traceable to you; it is used to learn more about user behavior and about how to improve our Internet services for you. The data is not passed on to third parties either for commercial or for non-commercial purposes.

Collecting and processing personal data

Personal data, such as name, email address or postal address is only collected if you contact us directly, for example by email or using our online form.

Your personal data which you have voluntarily made available to us is used exclusively for the purposes of contact and to answer your questions. This also takes place exclusively within the PATRIZIA Group and its affiliated companies. We will not pass the data on to third parties before obtaining your express permission, or where there is a legal duty to do so. We appreciate your trust in us and take every care possible to protect your personal data.

If you wish to receive one of the newsletters offered on the website, we require a valid e-mail address from you, as well as information that we can use to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and/or that its owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data are not collected. Your consent to the storage of this data, of the e-mail address as well as use of this address to send the newsletter can be revoked at any time.

Access and authorization rights

You have the right to review and to correct all data we store relating to your person if you believe it is incorrect or out of date. An email to the email address specified in the Imprint section or to the data protection officer (see below for address and email address) is sufficient for this purpose.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the consent to use personal data at any time with effect for the future. An email to the email address or the data protection officer named is sufficient for this purpose.

Use of cookies

Cookies are used in some areas of the website to enable us to make our services more individual to you. Cookies are codes which a web server can send to your computer to identify it for the duration of the visit. Most browsers are set up to automatically accept cookies. However, the automatic saving of cookies can be deactivated or your browser set so that it informs you of the placement of cookies.

Cookies are used as dialog support for this website. In the case of certain dialogs which are constructed over several pages, this aid is necessary to make accessing the site easier, since this is the only way to be able to go backwards during a session. These cookies are deleted automatically from the Internet user’s PC when they leave this website. The use of cookies for dialog support is therefore in your interest.

Furthermore we use a cookie within the scope of our disclaimer for the use of secured pages on our website (e. g. on our websites about real estate funds). The cookie will be saved after confirming the checkbox and clicking. It enables you to navigate within secured pages and will be erased automatically after closing the browser window.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google” hereafter). Google Analytics uses so called “cookies,” text files that are saved on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information on your use of this website produced by the cookie (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for the website operator and to offer further services related to website and internet usage. Google will also transmit this information to a third party insofar as this is legally required or third parties are contracted by Google to process this data. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google Inc. data. Through the use of this website you consent to the processing of data pertaining to yourself by Google in the manner described above and for the purpose mentioned above.

Please note that our website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()” to improve its data protection. This means that IP addresses are recorded and processed in abbreviated form only. It is therefore impossible for an analysis of the use of our website to lead to any direct personal connections.

You can reject Google Analytics cookies by setting your browser accordingly. You can thus exercise your right to revoke data collection, processing and use by Google Analytics in the future. To this end, you can install the deactivate-add-on for browsers by Google Analytics. You thus prevent Google Analytics from storing information on your website visits.

Further information as well as advice on downloading and installing the add-on-deactivation can be found here.

Google +1

This website can use the “+1” button of the Google Plus social network, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button is recognizable from the “+1” symbol on a white or colored background.

If you open a webpage with such a button on our  website, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google’s servers. The content of the “+1” button is sent by Google directly to your browser and integrated by Google into the webpage. We therefore have no influence on the extent of data that Google collects using the button but assume that this includes your IP address. Further data is collected and processed by Google from members logged into Google +.

The purpose and extent of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Google and your related rights and privacy options can be found in Google’s privacy policy regarding the “+1” button:

If you are a Google Plus member and do not wish Google to collect data about you via our Internet site and link these with your membership data stored at Google, you must log out of Google Plus before visiting our Internet site.

PATRIZIA employs both technical and organizational security measures to protect the data you have provided from random or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access of unauthorized persons. Where personal data is collected and processed, the information is transferred in encoded form to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our security measures are continually updated in line with technological developments.

Social Plugins

The website can contain social plugins (“plugins”) from the social networking site, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland (“Facebook”), which forwards the data received from the plugins to Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plugins are indicated by a Facebook logo or are labeled “Facebook Social Plugin”.

When you open a webpage containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers on Facebook. The content of the plugin is sent by Facebook directly to your browser and shown by it on this webpage.

The use of plugins gives Facebook details of the IP address assigned to you and the information that the user of this IP address has opened the corresponding page you visited. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is sent by your browser directly to Facebook and saved there. The purpose and extent of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook and your related rights and privacy options can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy (
